We have more than 20 years experience as a full service property management company. We offer many services and will customize them to make your investments profitable and help you sleep at night.

We are a family business with John Raymond as the broker and Genny Chamberlain the property manager. John and his wife have 7 children. They dream of a multigenerational company. Genny is the first of the children to take the lead and others are coming right alongside. Grandsons are even becoming interested.
